3 Large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
Salt
Pepper
8 Slices bacon, cooked crisp
Medium onion sliced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 Stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced potatoes on heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon on top, add onion and cheese. Slice butter over all. Fold foil over top, leaving room for steam to expand and then wrap in more foil to prevent leaks.
Place package on grill and cook over coal about 1 hour turning several times.

You can also use a gas grill or your oven. Cook time about the same if temperature is kept around 300 degrees.
If you spray the foil with cooking spray before adding ingredients, it's easier to serve.
