1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 Cup Chopped Chilies
1/2 Cup Taco Sauce
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar


Assembly:
1/2 Cup Margarine
6 Large Flour Tortillas
4 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Picante Sauce
2 Avocados, Sliced or Guacamole

Directions:
Sprinkle salt in a medium skillet and place over medium heat. Add beef, garlic, and spices. Cook and stir with a fork until meat crumbles and loses its pink color. Stir in remaining ingredients; remove from heat and cool.

Melt margarine in a 10-inch skillet. Place each tortilla in warm margarine until soft; drain and place on a flat surface. Mound a large spoonful of filling in center of tortilla; fold like an envelope to seal the filling inside. Place tortillas, seam side down, in a large baking dish.

Bake in a 450º oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese. Be careful. They burn easily.

Serve with sour cream, picante and avocados or guacamole.
