1 box of spaghetti or angel hair pasta
2 cups of chopped spinach or broccoli
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tbs of evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to direction, but a little al dente and drain water. Do not trough away pasta water yet. Return pasta to pot and add chopped spinach. If you use the spinach, do not cook ahead of time. If you use broccoli zap for 2 to 3 minutes before adding to pasta. Add garlic clove and oil. Turn burner on low to heat and stir. Turn off burner, add cheese, salt and pepper. If it seems dry, add 1 to 2 tbs. of pasta water.

Serve as a side dish or light meal.
