2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except oatmeal, and bring to a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 3 cups quick oatmeal. Spoon onto wax paper. refrigerate.
