Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint coffee flavored frozen yogurt
3 Tablespoons chocolate sauce (like Hershey's)
1 Tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 container (8 oz) frozen light whipped topping, thawed
1 package (3 ounces) soft lady fingers
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soften frozen yogurt on countertop for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the chocolate syrup, coffee granules, and 1 TB warm water in a small bowl. In a large bowl, beat the yogurt with 2/3 cup of the whipped topping until good spreading consistency. Place half the lady fingers on bottom of an 8x8x2 inch baking dish (I like glass), spreading to cover as much as possible. Drizzle with 2 TB of the chocolate mixture. Working quickly, spread with 1 cup of the frozen yogurt mixture. Top with 1 cup of the whipped topping. Repeat layers (ladyfingers, chocolate sauce mixture, frozen yogurt, whipped topping) Dust top with the cocoa. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 4 hours. Let soften slightly before serving....

Personal Notes:
I used Hershey's lite chocolate sauce and decaf coffee granules. This is 198 calories per serving with only 5 grams of fat. Great summer dessert.
