2 1/2 C. flour
3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cream of wheat (not instant)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a little water. If too dry, add a little water at a time until you have a very thick paste. Put in spaetzle maker; crank into a pot of boiling water. Cook until they float to the top of water.
