1 1/2 lbs. vermicelli
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
12 oz. pkg sliced pepperoni
6 oz. can ripe olives, drained and sliced
8 oz. bottle zesty Italian dressing
1/2 (2.62 oz.) bottle McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Break vermicelli in half; cook as directed on package; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and cool. In large bowl, combine vermicelli and vegetables. Cut pepperoni slices in half. Add pepperoni, ripe olives and dressing. Sprinkle with Seasoning. Toss to mix. Refirgerate at least 3 hours before serving.
