1 lb can salmon
3/4 cup liquid
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Remove skin and bones and flake fish. Use liquid from can with milk to make the 3/4 cups and add with other ingredients.
Mix well. Spoon into buttered loaf pan and bake in a 350º oven about 45 mins. Serve with sauce.
