4-5 lbs. beef roast
Marinade:
2 cans French onion soup
2 jiggers of bourbon
1 can of beer (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Massage with fresh ground pepper & oregano. Sear at 500º without covering for 1 hour. Cool

Slice beef (as thick as you like on a sandwich. Mix together marinade and place beef in marinade over night.

Bake at 325º covered for 4 hours. Serve on buns with "sauce" from marinade.
