1/2 cup rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Sauce:

1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:

Combine rice, meat,milk, eggs, onion and seasonings. Mix together and shape into meatballs. combine sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over meatballs in casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
