2 green onions, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can (6 oz) lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard

Reserve 2 tbsp. of chopped green onions; mix remaining onions with all remaining ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with reserved onions; serve with crackers.
