6 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 C. honey
1/4 C. Thai chili (or chili garlic) sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
4 tsp. Cajun seasonings or curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; set aside or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes enough marinade for up to 2 lbs. each of meat, poultry, fish or vegetables. Marinate 15 minutes or overnight.
