12 - 18 frozen chicken pot stickers (Costco)
1 large can (49.5 oz) chicken broth or 1 1/2 cartons chicken broth (I like the organic one from Costco)
4 C frozen Oriental stir fry vegetables (also from Costco)
salt and pepper to taste

For a Chinese style hot and sour flavored soup add the following ingredients to the above recipe:
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
fresh chopped green onions

Empty chicken broth into a large pot and bring to a full boil. Place frozen pot stickers into the pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add frozen vegetables to the pot and heat for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve. Top with chopped green onions.
