2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
Grated rind of one orange
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg well beaten
1 1/2 cup chopped raw cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl.
Stir in orange juice, orange peal, butter, and egg.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Spread evenly in loaf pan.
Bake in bread pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on rack for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool completely.
Wrap and store overnight
