1 brick cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tub Cool Whip
tsp of vanilla
about 1/2 package of Oreos crushed
1 Oreo crust
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Cream together cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and crushed oreos mixing well. Pour into Oreo pie crust and top with whole Oreo for garnish. Chill at least one hour. Enjoy!

You can also make this without Oreos and just put into a regular graham cracker crust. For Easter you can add food coloring and make it different colors. Sells well at bake sales too!
