1 16 oz pkg broccoli slaw mix
12 ounces cooked or grilled chicken breast
1 cup water chestnuts - sliced into thin strips
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup scallions
3/4 cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir well before serving.
