1/2 lb. crisp bacon
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 C. heavy cream
Salt, pepper, onion powder and nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place the bacon on the bottom of the pie shell. Cover with Swiss cheese. Beat the eggs with heavy cream and seasonings; pour into the pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
