2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
pinch salt
1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk w/1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar--let stand to curdle)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter & sugar. Add in flour, salt, baking soda & cinnamon. Before adding liquid ingredients, take out a handful of the dry ingredients & set aside for the topping. Beat in egg. Stir in milk. Put mixture in 9x13 baking pan, sprinkling dry ingredients on top. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
