8 oz very fine egg noodles
1/2 lb margarine or butter (you can cut this back a bit)
2 cups Minute Rice (brown) uncooked
2 can Campbell's onion soup
2 cans chicken broth or vegetable broth
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Brown raw noodles in the margarine/butter in large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients & stir. Pour into one to two 3 quart casseroles w/Pam. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350º.
