1/4 C. salad oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck, or bison
1/2 c. sherry
1 lb. 3 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion
1 c. diced carrots
6 oz. mushrooms
6 oz. tomato paste
10 oz. froz. chopped spinach
1 lb. box elbow macaroni
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions, garlic, carrots for 5 min. in oil.
Add beef to skillet. Stir until red disappears.
Add mushrooms, sherry, tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil. Simmer for 90 min.
Cook macaroni & spinach. Mix all together and put in 3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs & cheese on top. Bake 30 min. uncovered at 350º.
