1 1/4 lb. frozen cod or haddock
1 can 7 oz. pineapple in pieces
2 onions
1 garlic wedge
1 tbsp. margarine or oil for frying
1 tsp. curry
1/2 -1 tbsp. flour
1 full cup light cream
1//3 cup fish stock
1 green and 1 red small pepper
1 banana
salt and pepper
3/4 tsp. paprika powder
1 chopped leek

Directions:
Thaw the fish a little so it is easy to cut into pieces and let the pineapple drain from juices. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Cut the peppers in pieces.

In a fry pan add chopped garlic and chopped onion. Blanch just before they get color. Add curry and flour, Stir until dissolved. Add fish stock and cream and cook to a boil. Add fish, peppers, pineapple and sliced banana. Cook with lid on over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and paprika. Spread chopped leek over dish.

Serve with rice.
