Large cabbage - freeze
2 pounds hamburger
1/2 cup raw rice
1 small grated onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 onion sliced
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can tomatoes & juice
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup brown sugar

NOTES : Thaw frozen cabbage, separate leaves Combine meat with rice, grated onion, egg , garlic, S & P. Place mound of meat mixture in cup of each leaf and roll up Place cabbage rolls in pan Combine tomato sauce, tomatoes & juice in pan , heat Add sliced onions, lemon and sugar (test for sweetness to your liking) Pour heated mixture over cabbage rolls Bake 2-3 hours (watch)375
