1 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 lamb racks

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor blend all together
Place lamb in roasting pan with ribs down
Coat top of racks with mixture
Allow to stand room tempeture 1 hour

Preheat oven 450
Bake 20 minutes rare
25 minutes medium rare
Remove oven, cover tin foil, Let stand 15 minutes
