2 cups presifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and 1/2 cup butter. Set aside.

Cream together 1/2 cup butter, light brown sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in canned pumpkin; alternate 1/2 cup milk with the flour mixture.
Add 1/2 cup seedless raisins.
Pour into a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan that has been greased.
Bake 50-60 min. at 350º (Preheated). Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 min. before transferring to plate.
