Ingredients:  
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onions
1 minced green pepper
1 can tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. oil or bacon fat
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute in oil or bacon fat, celery, onions, bell peppers until tender. Pour mixture in a pot and add tomatoes, ketchup and 1/2 cups water. Simmer about 20 minutes. Thicken sauce with flour and water mixture (No lumps, strain).
Just before serving, add shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over hot buttered rice.
