1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks (only use Grade A clean, uncracked eggs)
1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 cup RealLemon Lemon JuiceŠ from concentrate
Add a few drops yellow food coloring, optional
Whipped topping or whipped cream

Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of 8- or 9-inch square pan. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk then RealLemonŠ and food coloring, if desired. Pour into prepared crust. Top with whipped topping. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer.
