Prepare your choice of Stove Top Stuffing
De-bone pheasant breast and butterfly
Spread stuffing on pheasant and roll up and wrap with bacon.
Season to your liking (we use garlic, Lowery Seasoning salt, pepper and Mrs Dash)

Directions:
Directions:
Place in baking pan and pour your choice of cream soup mixed with 1/4 can water.
Bake at 350º 45 minutes to 1 hour.
