1 lb 2 oz package Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c powdered sugar
2 - 3.4oz packages French vanilla instant pudding mix
2-1/4 cup cold milk
12 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Crush or blend Oreos to make fine crumbs, set aside. Cream together butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar, set aside. Mix milk with pudding mixes, combine with cream cheese mixture, mix well, fold in Cool Whip. In flower pot or trifle bowl, layer cookie crumbs, pudding mixture, cookie crumbs, pudding mixture, ending with cookie crumbs. Cover, refrigerate overnight. For fun with the kids, bury some gummy worms inside. Plant flower bouquet in center before serving. To make Sand Cake substitute Vanilla Wafers for Oreos.
