3 eggs ; beaten
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
ADD - INS nuts, dried cherries, choc. chips, raisins, blueberries, etc.JamHeat oven to 350.Beat together eggs and sugar.Add to mixture remaining ingrediants.Stir by hand -- will be stiff.Fold in any add ins Refrigerate dough 20 minutes Form 3 logs on ungreased sheet (to form logs, push batter off spoon)Can make an indent for jam Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of logs.Bake 35 minutes Slice when cool, can put back in oven after cutting to make crispCut on an angle and turn to side--sprinkle cinn&sugar and bake again for 5 minutes.Can substitute cranberries for raisins
