2 teaspoon Olive oil
1 large Onion ; chopped
3 cloves Garlic ; minced
2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 pound Mushroom ; sliced
1 1/2 pound Lean ground beef
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/3 cup Plain bread crumbs
2 Egg white ; slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

350 Oven
Spray baking pan
Heat 1 t oil in skillet add onion, garlic and sugar. Stir occasionally til goldden, about 10 min. Transfer to bowl. Add 1 t oil add mushrooms cook until brown. Add to onions let cool.
Stir in beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg whites, basi, s & p. combine
Transfer mixture to baking sheet form into 4X9 loaf
Spread rest tomato sauce on top
Bake 45 - 55 minutes or until 160 on thermometer
Let stand 10 minutes
Serve with ketchup
