1 lb. ground sirloin
1 medium onion (chopped )
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground sirloin and onion until red gone in sirloin, drain liquid. Add chili powder, vinegar, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and add ketchup and water, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir often.
