For each chicken breast(skinned, pounded & split into 2 halves)Butter panPlace 1/2 chicken breast in pan top with3-4 asparagus1 slice ham1 slice Swiss cheese1/2 chicken breastTopping mixture

TOPPINGfor each breast use about 1/3 stack Ritz crackers crushed whichis added to about 1/3 chopped onion which has been saute in oilPat on top of breast

Pour dry white wine over chicken stacks and bake 450 20minutes
