1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 C boiling water
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 med. can diced tomatoes
1 T soy sauce
1 C sliced celery
1 C sliced carrots
1 C macaroni, cooked & drained
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Crumble beef into slow-cooker. Add pepper, oregano, basil and seasoned salt. Add dry soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce, tomatoes and soy sauce. Add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Turn control to high. Add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes.
