2/3 of a (12 ounce) package of Jumbo Shells, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork (Italian)
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
2 (14 ounce) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Jumbo Shells according to the package directions; drain. In large skillet, melt butter. Add beef and pork; cook until lightly browned. Add onion, celery and garlic; cook until tender. Remove from heat; stir in sherry, cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Cool mixture for 10 minutes. Stuff each shell with meat filling. Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells in dish. Pour remaining jar of sauce evenly over all. Top with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350º oven for 35 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
