9 cups corn
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn off cob while still raw.
Squeeze cobs between hand to get more juice out.
(Use electric knife to cut corn off cob)
Measure 9 cups cut corn and juice into a heavy pan.
Add sugar, salt and water.
Bring to a boil. Stir constantly.
Put in Pyrex bowl or pans to cool.
When cooled put two cups or amount desired into freezer bags or containers.
