In pan:
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 mashed minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons flour
Cook over high heat
Add 1/4 cup white wine
1 cup clam juice
10 ounce clams, canned
fresh parsley, flat leaf
juice of a 1/2 of lemon
pepper
