Ingredients:  
2 cups fresh bean spouts
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup mushrooms
1 1/2 cups meat (pork, chicken, shrimp, beef or combination)
Saute meat and add shrimp.
Add vegetables and stir fry till tender but crisp

Add:
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon accent
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teasoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cool vegetable mixture.
Place 2 tablespoons in each wrapper.
Seal edge with egg white.
Deep fry until golden.
Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
