Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Put 1/4 cup butter in 9" x 13" pan
and set in 400 degree oven to melt
while mixing batter

Beat 4 eggs slightly
Add:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix to form a stiff dough

Slowly add:
1 1/2 cups milk
to make a thin batter

Add:
1/4 cup sugar, if desired
1/2 teaspoon vanilla








Directions:
Directions:
Pour into the pan with melted butter.
Do not stir when putting in the pan.
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
Serve with syrup.

It puffs up and then it falls.
