3/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup Jalapeņo peppers
1 cup vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers finely. Combine with vinegar in blender. Blend 1 minute.
Combine pepper mixture with sugar in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Cool 1 minute. Stir in pectin and food coloring. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
Serve with cream cheese.
