3 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
2/3 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, butter and flour. Chill 1 hour. Shape in 1 inch balls and place dough in ungreased muffin cups. Press dough in.

Beat together egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Add nuts. Pour about 1 teaspoon in each pastry. Bake at 325º 12-15 minutes.
