Cake ingredients
1 pkg Duncan Hines Golden Cake Mix
5 eggs (separated)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding mix (optional)
(note: I like to use French vanilla pudding mix)
Use some of the juice from the crushed pineapple saved from for the frosting ingredients

Frosting ingredients
1 large can crushed pineapple (drain slightly)
1 - 9 oz container of Cool Whip
1 small package vanilla instant pudding mix

Combine all ingredients above except the egg white, and mix well in an electric mixer. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mixture. Place a 9" cake pan for a 3-layer cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes (depending on one's oven).

Frosting directions:
Beat pineapple and instant pudding together, and fold in Cool Whip. Frost and refrigerate.บบบบ
