3/4 cup honey
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons finely shredded orange peel
3 Tablespoons orange juice
1 Tablespoon snipped fresh mint or 1 tsp dried mint
2 cups halved green or red seedless grapes
2 cups fresh blueberries or blackberries
2 cups halved fresh strawberries
2 cups fresh raspberries

1. Dressing: combine honey, lemon juice, orange peel, orange juice and mint. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

2. In a large serving bowl combine fruit. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

3. To serve, carefully pour dressing over fruit mixture; toss gently.
