OMAS CRUMB CAKE Recipe

1 pkg. Hot roll mix
mix as directed except add 2 eggs and 2 TB butter.
Crumb topping:
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Let the dough rise in warm area for 1/2 hour.
Knead, roll onto cookie sheet. Let rise again for 1/2 hour.
Smear with softened butter. Poke with a fork about every 3 inches up and down the pan.
Combine butter, sugar flour and vanilla to make crumbs. Crumbs should be about the size of peas or bigger.
Sprinkle crumbs on top of dough. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º.
