8 large potatoes
1/2 lb bacon, cooked
1 chopped onion
1/2 C vinegar
2 TB sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. Cook bacon. Toss bacon and onions into cut up potatoes. Heat:
vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt and pepper to boiling.
Add one egg until thickens. Pour onto potatoes.
Serve warm
