3 hard cooked eggs
3 TB cider vinegar
16 oz romaine greens
6 slices bacon, cooked and torn
1/3 tsp yellow mustard
3 TB sugar
2 chopped green onions
1/3 C warm bacon drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Seperate hard cooked eggs into whites and yolks.
Chop whites. Mix yolks with mustard, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Crumble romaine into bowl, toss with egg dressing, then lightly mix in warm bacon drippings. Sprinkle top of salad with bacon and green onions.
