2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. butter
1 t. vanilla flavoring or flavoring of your choice.
3-4 T. hot coffee

Combine glaze ingredients and blend until smooth. I've been known to tweak the consistency with a little extra powdered sugar of coffee if it doesn't suit me. The coffee is the secret ingredient to this flavorful glaze. You don't taste the coffee but it adds a wonderful caramel type note and color to the glaze.
