Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cans chopped black olives
1 jar chopped green olives (optional)
1 pkg thin sliced deli ham or beef
1 pkg flour tortillas (flavored tortillas like spinach or sundried tomato are good too, plus they add color)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip softened cream cheese with a mixer
Chop green onions as finely as possible and add to cream cheese and mix again
Add chopped black olives to mixture
Using a food processor or sharp knife, finely chop the beef and ham. (chop separately so you can use each on its own tortilla)
Divide cream cheese mixture in half and add ham to one and beef to the other
Mix well so everything is uniformly mixed
Take one tortilla and evenly spread some of the mixture on top of it. Start to roll from one end to the other, like a burrito or jelly roll. Do other 3 tortillas the same way
Pop them into the freezer for about 5 minutes so they will be easier to slice
Once cool and hardened a bit, take them out of the freezer and evenly slice them vertically with a warm knife
Refrigerate until time to serve
