1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained and rinsed
1 can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
3 large tomatoes diced
1/2 red onion diced
2 fresh jalapeņo peppers, diced
2 bunches green onions, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper diced
1 orange pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped (optional or use to taste)
1 small bottle Wishbone Catalina Dressing
1 small bottle Wishbone Robusto Italian Dressing
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight
Serve with tortilla or corn chips
