Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
3/4 c mayo
2-3 T mustard, regular
2 c sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and trim leaves off head of cauliflower. Cut stem flush so cauliflower will sit flat. Place in deep, microwave bowl with about 3” of water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes (until tender). While cauliflower is microwaving, stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Take steamed cauliflower out of bowl carefully, and put on a serving plate. Spread mayo-mustard mixture evenly over cauliflower with spatula. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the coated cauliflower (this is messy; cheese should be distributed evenly and generously over cauliflower so it is completely covered). The heat from the steamed cauliflower will melt the cheese.

It looks like a big, orange, edible orb! (which I guess is just what it is!)

To serve, just slice each serving. Delicious!
