3/4 lb ground beef browned and drained
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 lb Velveeta
2 cans rotel tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together browned ground beef with taco seasoning mix and heat through
Set aside
Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and place in crockpot
Pour in both cans of rotel tomatoes and heat until cheese is melted, stirring to blend cheese and tomatoes
Add seasoned beef mixture and stir well
Set on keep warm and serve with chips
